What began as a volunteer initiative during the pandemic quickly evolved into a full-time operation serving thousands of meals per month.
We create free chef-prepared meals in bulk for distribution through organizations that feed the hungry in Dayton.
In fall 2022, Miami Valley Meals’ leadership convened to outline a new strategic plan for the organization. As a result, we refreshed our vision statement: “To be an essential collaborator in the development of a food-secure future.” Following this theme, the 2022 Annual Report covers our renewed mission, major highlights from the year, and more.
