In 2015, Bill Evans started a non-profit called Set the Banquet Table. Fast-forward to 2020 and a new project under Set the Banquet Table, Miami Valley Meals, became the main focus of the organization.
To combat food insecurity through advocacy and programs that support and improve local efforts, while reducing food waste, by providing bulk nutritious chef-prepared meals, culinary job-training programs and offering education to improve the entire service network.
Each contribution will enable us to meet our goals.
